Hello There, I'm Zina.
A Journey That Led Here
For over 30 years, I've been immersed in healing work, exploring the connection between the body, mind, and spirit. What started as a personal search for answers eventually became a lifelong path of study, practice, and service.
My own healing journey taught me the importance of slowing down, listening to the body, and working with energy in a deeper, more intuitive way. Over time, I saw how regulation, presence, and clear intention can create profound shifts – not just in how we feel, but in how we experience life.
Today, I share what's I've learned through SoulSync, creating a space for others to explore, grow, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

Regulation First.
Everything Else Follows
Many energy healing modalities focus on working directly with energy – moving, clearing, or amplifying it. SoulSync begins somewhere slightly different: with regulation.
Before we can work effectively with energy or make meaningful changes, our nervous system needs to feel safe enough to participate. When we are regulated, we can hear our inner wisdom more clearly, make choices from a grounded place, and integrate what we learn in a lasting way.

This is embodied healing.
Life, Land, and Simple Things
When I’m not working with clients or creating SoulSync trainings, you’ll usually find me at home in North Carolina with my husband, Joe. We’ve shared more than 40 years of life together, and in 2012, we added farming to that journey.Life on the land keeps me grounded—the garden, animals, and changing seasons are constant reminders of the wisdom and rhythm of nature.
I also love working with herbs, making teas and natural products, and spending time with our three grown sons and the people we love. These simple things keep me connected, inspired, and continually learning.
